Ralph Regula School of Computational Science Lunch Briefing

Tuesday, September 19, 2006

Partners of the Ralph Regula School of Computational Science hosted a lunch briefing about this bold educational initiative to propel Ohio’s workforce to a new level of productivity, innovation, and competitiveness!

The Ralph Regula School focuses on applications of modeling and simulation to solve critical, real-world problems, from accurate and timely weather forecasting of hurricanes to businesses developing more efficient, effective products before a physical prototype is even manufactured.

The event featured remarks and interactive demos by Wittenberg University, University of Cincinnati’s Genome Research Institute, Project Lead the Way, Battelle, Ohio Board of Regents, Ohio Learning Network, and the Ohio Supercomputer Center.
